Alaa Al-Siddiq gave us this sentence. We built a puzzle around it because some words deserve to take up space: physical, permanent space. Arabic calligraphy and centuries of geometric craft meet here in a design that feels, from the first piece to the last, like breathing slowing down. The kind of beauty that does not ask you to do anything except be present inside it.
The name Vellichor refers to the feeling of entering a used bookshop: somewhere quiet and full of stories, where time moves differently. Serenity is that same feeling, rendered in form and pattern rather than words. A room your eyes can rest in.
The calligraphy at the center carries an old invitation: let your home be a place where all hearts can settle. It is rooted in an Arabic tradition of hospitality as a value, not just a habit. For anyone who responds to that, wherever they come from, this is a piece worth putting on a wall.
For the home that is still becoming what it wants to be. For the person building something that does not yet have a name. For anyone who has ever needed a place where the heart can finally exhale.
